My name is Adri Vermeulen, a Full Status Property Practitioner proudly serving Pietermaritzburg and the surrounding areas. Born and raised in Pietermaritzburg, I attended Voortrekker High School, where I learned the values of hard work, perseverance, and the school motto, "Aan Hou Wen." My passion for property began over 15 years ago when I joined Just Property Group Pietermaritzburg at the age of 22. Starting at reception, I worked my way up to becoming a Real Estate Agent, gaining invaluable experience and a strong understanding of the property industry. In 2015, I joined RE/MAX Midlands, where I developed into a Full Status Property Practitioner, building my expertise in residential sales, rentals, property management, and client service. I am grateful to both Just Property Group and RE/MAX Midlands for the opportunities and mentorship that shaped my career. A defining chapter of my journey was working alongside Andrew Barnes, one of Pietermaritzburg's respected property developers. His mentorship taught me invaluable lessons in business, marketing, leadership, and building relationships based on trust and integrity. Today, I proudly represent eXp Realty while continuing to study Property Laws. I specialise in residential sales, rentals, property management, and municipal property services, always putting honesty, communication, and exceptional service first. Outside of work, I am a proud mother of three wonderful children and a blessed grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren.
